Morrowind was racist as well and I am pretty sure everywhere but Cyrodiil will feel very racist. In Cyrodiil, you probably didn't feel the racism because it is supposed to be the melting pot of Tamriel. I am sad that there are so few Khajiits in Skyrim. At least I see Maiq once in a while but I haven't seen him for a long time... I hope he's okay D:

M'aiq creeps me out he just.......explodes into existence.....so random....though he got chased off by wolves ((Serves him right for exploding into existence in the woods.))

How can M'aiq give you creeps? ...he is most funny character in elder scrolls... you simply must love him! Can't wait to meet him in skyrim.

A subtly I like in Skyrim is that after the invasion of Morrowind by the Argonians and the destruction of Vvardenfell, a lot of the Dark Elves who otherwise might of otherwise been aloof have had to attune their nature and attitude now they are underdogs. Even the ones on Solstheim I imagine feel a tad battered.

Proud Dunmer houses and flamboyant decor are now very much in the past. I'll be interested in seeing where the Dunmer's future lies in following Elder Scroll games.

M`aiq is awesome, in oblivion he was my pal. At first he outran me but by level 30 my Khajiit monk was faster then him and we seen the world together, outrunning many foes spreading the truth.

I met him in Skyrim and he is still very funny, totally making my day after i slew another dragon.

I'm a dark elf to you know , and think there is some kind of racism between nord and other races ... you can see by yourself in some loading-screens, the one that says: There still some disagreements between nord and all elven kind! stop with the Wath your hands elf!!!

It sucks for us High Elves. I get racism all the time because the Thalmar decide to be pompous assholes. I think I should get credit for slaughtering their little party at the embassy.

Hate to break it to you, but most high elves, ARE pompous ass holes, hence they're name. although they're are a few good ones, but as a race? pompous ass holes.

Technically it’s specisest, not racist, but all prejudice is bad, Mmmkay?

I really hate the way that Elves get treated in Skyrim. I don’t think a lot of the natives realise the difference between the sinister, Machiavellian Aldmeri, who are a political group, and your average, hard working, honest-to-Talos Elf.

Having said that, I’ve been a proud Nord since Oblivion. We quest, drink mead and play kick ass lute solos.

A bit off topic, but i wish they gave the char more options for coversation, there is just some plops i would not say, like a child came up and was like "you saw a dragon DID YOU DID YOU DID YOU?" and the only opition was "Oh my goodness yes, oh my goodness" What am i a fluffing nanny? i kill people for a living, seen the most F'd up plops and im a rugged bad ass ((although he does have a soft spot for children)) but he would NEVER say that, hes more of a "remain silent hide his feelings" char

It's not biggotry if it's true. Have you ever talked to an orc? Maybe doen that DB quest to kill an Orc bard? At first I thought they would be a proud people like the Orcs in WoW, all of that diminished when I saw an orc wearing imperial armor with a few dead nords around him, saying this was a toll road. The least he could of done is hide the bodies, stupid orc.

In the nord's defense, wood elves worship a demon, Hircine, and are cannibals (according to lore). So how many grannies and neighbors have you eaten?

Do you have any others? The Khajit? Thieves. When you finish the thieves guild main quest, ALL of the cat caravans become fences. Nords are hard workers and honorable, two things a thief knows nothing about. Whilst talking to the khajit cavaneer, on why did they come to Skyrim, he mentions they had to get out of dodge, let's leave it at that. Total dog vs cat rivalry going here.

Thats being a wee bit sterotypical, thats just like saying all black people are a bunch of mindless gangers who dont know how to speak proper english without adding words like "Dawg" and "yo" or just plain giberish, not all black people are like that, i as a dark elf((irony in color lol)) take offense to that cause one, ((that daedric prince your mentioning im geussing is bothiah)) whom i do NOT worship Mainly due to mass weirdness but rather my elf despises all forms of daedra besides hircine, but dousnt necessarily worship him, only respects him my elf worships sithis and scorns most forms of dark elf traditions. though he still defends his people to an extent
