I duplicated the basic inside of Blue Palace in Solitude. I only switched out certain static objects for other static objects to make it how I wanted it. I placed the Blue Palace exterior outline just beside HalfMoon Mill, linked the load doors to each other for teleport. All is well until when you load in, you can only see the bottom half of the castle(you can’t see the upper level where Elsif and her court would sit) and once you head over to the Kitchen, the game freezes, and lastly, some doors don’t open. They make the open gesture like a loading door would before load screen, but no load screen and no open door. I’ve searched everywhere and can’t find any solutions. It looks good and loads in creation kit but will not work in game. Please help.

If you can see the entire interior in the editor, but not in game there might be Room Bounds that is only allowing parts of the room visible.

Look up Room Bounds in the Creation Kit wiki.

Thank you for the response, I’m checking now to look at the room bounds, but what do you think is causing it to freeze every time I go to the left side of the house? Should I delete everything I’ve done on that side and start over?

Most likely it is freezing because there is something in that cell that is making reference to something that isn't there.
Check everything in the cell. There could be scripts attached.

Update: I’ve found something that always happened before the crash: it says “to” in the middle of my screen when I go to the left side of the house like I’m gonna “travel” there per se and then it crashes and I can’t move. Whatever is causing it to say “to” is what’s making it crash. Suggestions?
 
It sounds like the load doors are not properly linked. I would suggest deleting the doors and door markers. Start wirh a new load door and relink everything.
