Alright then. Also I'm glad you like my writing, but I'm guessing you wouldn't have accepted me otherwise. Anyways, I don't have the time right now, but I should be be able to get my two chars' up tomorrow before work.

    TheShadedOne

    The Angry One
    Name: Miraska
    Age: 24
    Race: Khajiit
    Sex: Female

Class and Combat preference: Miraska as a warrior, wields a two handed nordic axe, which she took off a bandit leader. She also has a pair of small, steel hatchets that she keeps on her belt for close combat. She prefers to be in the thick of fighting, hacking her way through the nearest enemy. When in the midst of combat she tends to take on berserker like traits, making her a bit of a danger to those standing too close.

Character Appearance: Out of all her siblings, Miraska resembled her mother the most. She is just under six feet, (5'11").Most of her body is covered in short fur, the grey of winter storm clouds, slightly darker around the ears, hands, and lower torso. Unlike her mother, her eyes are an icy blue, more often narrowed in anger than not. A trio of scars cross the bridge of her nose, a 'gift' from her parent. She has a nasty scar on the right side of her stomach, courtesy of a bandit leader trying to run her through. In return, she had bitten out the mans throat. A fair trade, she thinks.

Armour wise, she wears steel plate, scarred in some places by mage fire and weapon blows. She spends more time maintaining her weapons rather than her armour, but it is nowhere near ruined. She wears no helm, a dangerous idea for someone who fights as she does, but she values her hearing over protection. Instead of the normal plate armours, she wears fingerless steel gauntlets, allowing her to unsheathe her claws and use them in close combat.

Character image: I'll add one later- haven't had a chance to get a good shot of her yet.

Personality: Miraska can't really be called a 'cruel' person, but she's far from 'nice'. She was taught from a young age that others could not be relied upon, and that she has to rely on herself and her siblings. Despite her bad relationship with her mother, this is one thing that they agreed upon. She makes it her duty to look after her sister, Nirjha, after a promise made to her dying mother. She has little respect for those that are not of her family, and even less for those that are not khajiit.

History: The oldest of her siblings, by several minutes, Miraska was also one of the physically strongest of them. Unfortunately, she has always been garbage at stealth, an embarrassing fault, especially for the khajiit, and one her mother always berated her for. This continued for some time, with her brothers and sisters surpassing her in the matters of stealth and assassination techniques, but none of them could beat her in contests of physical strength. Her mothers' harsh words lead to her resenting her, something that came to a head when she drew a weapon on her mother when the two were alone. In a rage, her mother scarred her nose, and beat her nearly to death, only stopped by her other children who were drawn by the scuffle.

Predictably, this fight drew an even greater rift between them, with neither so much as acknowledging the other. It was especially ironic, perhaps, that Miraska was the one to find her mothers' broken form after Jorn Blackstones' followers ambushed her in the Rift. She carried her to their homestead, but not before she gave her word to look after her siblings. Her mother died shortly before she reached the homestead, and her body was cremated, and she took her mothers broken falchion for herself. All but two of her siblings wished to hunt down and slay her mothers' killers, which Miraska felt was too dangerous.

Unfortunately, all three of her brothers disagreed, leaving her and her sisters to fend for themselves. Her other sister, Lhassa, almost constantly fought with her, and their relationship ended with the two drawing weapons on each other. Lhassa left to join the dawnguard, while the youngest of the siblings, Nirjha, stuck with Miraska.

When the dead plague came, and the walking dead after it, the two sisters fled, Miraska risking life and limb to keep her younger sister safe. Eventually, the pair arrived in whiterun hold, and made their way towards the heavily fortified city of Whiterun, hoping to join up with some of the adventurers that are rumored to be there.

    Name: Nirjha
    Age:24
    Race: Khajiit
    Sex: Female

Class and Combat preference: Nirjha is a mage, though not a very powerful one. She hasn't had any 'official' training, learning what she can from the spellbooks gifted to her by her mother. She is most skilled with apprentice and novice level destruction and alteration. Powerful enough to make easy work of small groups, but she can't last a pitched battle. Even a skirmish will have her panting and in need of rest. Obviously, she prefers to keep to the rear of a group where she can pitch in with her magics.

Character Appearance: Nirjha is of the same stature as her mother, and with the same emerald eyes, she is thin and fit, but not particularly curvy or tall. Unlike any of her siblings, she has a dozen or so black marks in the fur framing her ears, and going down to her nose. She wears grey robes hooded robes, simple black boots, that don't quite reach up to her knees, and a pair of gloves, for when the whether is particularly freezing.

Character image: Same as Mira, sorry.

Personality: Despite her mothers lessons, Nirjha is curious, open minded, and friendly. Something that her current companion often remarks will be their death. She likes to make new friends, regardless of their race.

History: The last born of all her siblings, and one of the smallest in stature. Unlike the rest of her siblings, and her mother herself, she was gifted in the magical arts. She was encouraged in her gift, though not so much as she was in the arts of stealth. Due to her slight stature, she was fairly skilled at sneaking about, and used her own spells to compliment that.

(Yeah, yeah, her backstory isn't much, but I'll expand on it as I go.)

Sounds good, @TheArgonianDrell I look forward to it.

And @ TheShadedOne those sisters seem like an excellent fit. Don't think I have ever read about a berserker khajiit. Very unique.

Great! Not sure how exactly to go about posting an intro, but I think I'll have them meet you guys after you're done in dragonsreach. If that works for you?

Yes, that works fine. I should be able to post later, and have our talk with the jarl.

Harkatti, do you mind splitting your post? I don't want to nitpick but the last quarter or so felt a little rushed, and it stopped the rest of us from really reacting to Balgruufs' plan. I can write around it, I think it'd be easier for everyone. Just my two cents.

Yeah, I realized it'd be a little hard to react after I went over it again. I'll leave it at Arenaya and Cadrian heading for the doors to dragonsreach. Then you guys can decide to either bunk in the guardhouse or the inn.

EDIT- Well, I didn't cut it in half, and I still have Arenaya falling asleep. Hopefully that's alright, since neither have much to add right at this moment.

Ya know, I feel like Hallen fluffed everyone else over when he started that bar fight. Eh...whoops.

Probably fine. Karon doesn't mind bunking down in the barracks. Even though he didn't do anything...he is a gentleman knight, after all.

Ha, well he is a knight, so I guess that makes sense. Hallen's not going to be too pleased, about the sleeping arrangements or the plan to trudge all the way to Fellglow keep. He's a rogue, but he likes his comforts.

So I've looked it over and it seems good. I'll get my intro up in a few hours. Also, I wasn't asking you to chop your post in half- I just meant that having your characters run off and having us advance to night fluffed anyone who didn't want to play catchup.

Hey folks. I stopped getting alerts here so I’ve missed a bit. I’ll try to post today and it’s great to see you Shaded! I love the fact that Shadari had kittens. I guess Ri’saad got lucky :D

And I appreciate Karon sparing a thought for my poor refugees even if he doesn’t have any food. They’ll have some words for Hallen for sure. And by the way, Elspeth’s a Nord, not an Imperial.
