That is currently up for debate. I have sided with the vampires and chose to kill Harkon and i am unable to get the dialog options to sell or give the scrolls to Dexicon at the vampire's castle. And from what i understand, from others who have posted, is that you can sell them to Dexicon if you have sided with the dawnguard. I have tried talking to Dexicon multiple times in castle Volkihar and only got dialog options about the moth priests. So unless there is some other way maybe to side with Harkon and give him the bow will allow you to sell the scrolls to him... But i'm not sure.

I sided with the Dawnguard and at the end the main story when I went back to Fort Dawnguard and spoke with the moth priest he asked me what I intended to do with the scrolls, there was an option to sell them all for 6000 or keep them, I kept them.

Ok, so it appears that you can only sell them or get rid of them if you sided with the Dawnguard and not the Volkihar vampires. Hopefully Bethesda patches this up soon and lets us get rid of this 60 pound pain in the neck.

Perhaps... I'm not sure. The only way to test this theory is for you to playthough again and side with the vampires once more. Did you kill Harkon or did you give him the bow?

I kept it. I'm currently on my third playthrough of Dawnguard, going again with the Vampires, so I guess we'll see.

Open the console, type PLAYER.DROP, add the item code, and "1" (need the quotations)
(0002d513) dragon
(02011A13) sun
(020118F9) blood

Once the scrolls are on the floor, cover them in cheese and toast them for 35seconds using your choice of fire spells. If you have any exploding chickens, put them in the a dwemer chest before doing this. When finished introduce Dexicon to Urag...and give them some of your cheese scroll.

Selling the Dragon Scroll to Urag was pretty much the last thing I did before going to join the Dawnguard.
Well, at least it isn't the only quest item forever stuck in my inventory.

You can sell them to that Moth Priest at the Dawnguard Fort , he will buy them all , well as long as you picked that side . If you choose Vampire side I haven't a clue where to sell them .

It's a big hammer.
You know, thinking about it... Hearthfire should have had a special stand/cabinet/display that allowed you to store only the Elder Scrolls. Would have made a really cool piece in the house and could have had Luna Moths fluttering about them or something.

I'm in the same boat. I finished Dawnguard, sided with humans, sold Falmer tomes to Dexion, but forgot to dump the Elder Scrolls then. I went off and did other missions before remembering that I still had the heavy elder scrolls.

I cannot find Dexion at Ft Dawnguard now. I'm going to try Hurag again, even though last few times I was unable to sell him anything

if anyone knows where Dexion hangs out ( city name and location ) after Dawnguard , comment it here. Thanks!

Edit: I cannot sell them to Hurag and cannot find Dexion. What a conundrum.
