For a change, when my PC escapes Helgen with Hadvar and he suggests they split, she takes him seriously and turns left heading to Falkreath. My PC did all thye major missions there and now, while following Barbas, now finds herself having to pass through Riverwood. But every time I do this, the game crashes. Is it obligatory that the PC find out they're Dragonborn at the beginning of the game?
I could just deviate around Riverwood, but I have to worry that this would only postpone the crash until later in the game. Has anyone had this problem? Is it mod-related?
