I have a very odd problem, it doesn't matter what I'm doing or how things are whether my character is sick or a vampire or a werewolf her stats slowly decrease. It starts as 160/160(greentext) and slowly goes down all the way to 10/10(still greentext) without an explanation. It's obviously a conflicting mod since my game is extremely heavily modded but I am begging to see if there is a quick fix other than dispelallspells or player.forceav. Please help!

Well, I think a couple of things would help. We don't know what mods you're running, so we can't possibly point out if it's a specific conflict, or not. It may help to list your active mods.
My question is whether or not you're running it in Survival Mode, since that is an actual feature of the mode; as time goes by, your stats decrease until you eat and sleep, and when your character is experiencing extreme cold.
I don't personally know what mods might result in stat drain over time.
