Very Bad Lag on PC. HELP

I recently bought Skyrim Special Edition for the PC. When it finished downloading I played it and the lag was terrible. Even on the lowest settings. I was confused because I have run games before on my computer with no lag. I don't know much about computer specs or anything so I will attach a file with a screenshot of my specs. Any help here would be appreciated. Thanks!

Also I'd like to add that I have no mods installed at all.

Your RAM and processor are below minimum requirements.
You'd need at least 8GB of RAM and an I5 processor to run it properly.

You could try some performance mods but i doubt it'll be of much help since you dont even meet minimum

Your PC doesn't intend for Skyrim SE.
You have i3 proccesor. It's means, that he can't normally work with high graphic.
Please, don't rack SE and PC. You should buy Skyrim Legendary Edition.
