Not with that attitude it ain't. Couple push ups, some running and lifting to work on those flabby arms from not killing Stormcloaks. Get a bit of skill, or be born under the steed and you'll be light on your feet in no time!

"So you're like me, eh? Don't fancy those clunky two-handed weapons? ... ja, just ignore the giant steel warhammer I'm carrying. Don't worry about that. It's not important. No, I haven't had a stroke."

Actually, to hear that dialogue, you need to have trained your light armor skill to at least 30.
Unfortunately, it's just a random chance for any particular banter line to come up. The banters that have skill requirements are just thrown into the mix once the requirement is met.

It feels like they do it a lot sooner than level 30, like they're talking about a skill that I leveled up only by examining a book or completing a quest for someone who thanked me by raising the skill level. Surely it would make more sense if the guards made those comments after you unlocked perks in that skill tree, that way they are talking about skills that you have actually taken interest in.

Apparently only thieves use sneaking, not helpful law abiding citizens who offer to help the jarl kill off a group of bandits using stealth to gain an advantage over the bandits in their own hideout.

Personally I use my sneak skill for hunting so that I don't scare off my target, but I'm obviously doing that wrong, as every time I walk past hunters on the road, they immediately start shouting and cursing at the animals while trying to shoot them.

My character recently found that charging in on horseback with a greatsword is actually the most efficient way to hunt deer. It's a bugger to go back and find all the bodies again afterwards though.

She's working on inventing grenades so she can go fishing next.
