In the main quest line, if you have completed the civil war, either way, what happens when the Greybeards want to organize a truce? I’m too lazy to play through just to find out

You have to convince Ulfric, Balgruuf, and Tulius to meet. When everyone’s there you will make decisions based on the requests of either faction (Balgruuf won’t say anything). These decisions are things like which hold belongs to who and stuff like that.

If you already have the Civil War finished, that whole section of the main quest is skipped. Truth be told I didn't even know about the Truce part of the main quest because I usually finished the Civil War first most of the time.
So yeah, you can just bypass that sidequest.

What other two said sums it up.
Though I just cant get enough of Galmar calling Elenwen a "b*tch", no censure. Pure gold. You can hate or like Ulfric, but you just gotta love Galmar.
You also get to decide whether or not Elenwen is allowed to be present at the meeting.

Yes, you can bypass that quest, but I wouldn't because dialogue is fun. imo.

I thought it was Ulfric who called Elenwen "that Thalmor bitch".
