I wish I could sit and drink in a tavern,
Play any of the instruments,
feed my horse a apple or carrot,
have my horse carry stuff in his saddlebags,
have the ability to start my own farm/town,
have usable busts and hand mannequins for displaying jewelry and masks assign one house as my main house and have all and any of my companions go there when released,
that there was a fletcher in every town( or the ability to make my own arrows)

What about you guys any thing on your wish lists?

I can't use mods I am a Xbox360 player....

I wish I had...

the ability to invest or acquire in as many of the businesses/farms, and then have to manage expenses and receive profits. Would be great to be able to receive income while you engage in your questing.

Banks that pay interest on your money.

More happening in the water. Is there a bigger badass than a slaughterfish? I was swimming in the deep water in the North, and it was eerie as hell. Would have been truly frightening if something terrifying had emerged from the deep... maybe there is, but I haven't seen it yet.

Useable boats.

Pets.

More choices for house design.

Climbing. It's much more difficult to pull off than in the daggerfall days, but it added a whole new level to the game.

I hadn't really thought of this because it's been a very long time since I touched Daggerfall, but you have a good idea there. I think they could force a third person camera for climbing fairly well once they created proper animations for different degrees of slopes. Maybe to climb sheer cliff faces your stamina bar would drain at a moderate pace, and you would have to equip some sort of climbing boots with spikes and wear gloves/chalk your hands.

Anything else I can think of has already been mentioned - boats, better investing, sea creatures, arrow crafting, etc.

I can turn a deaf ear to a smart-ass city guard talking smack. But when he follows me into my house to finish his sentence? I wish I could cut him down without reprisal. Trespassing, and such. What happened to the "you have killed the last witness"? He was in my house! I guess they must mean Lydia.

I wish that ffs you could create your own spells.... Mages got screwed over this time around, i mean come on.. 3 master level spells and there is nothing beyond that for a mage? How boring and un-fun is that long term?

I wish we could sort our inventory for weight or value on PS3 or 360. Its annoying to go back-and-forth.

I remember that TES II "Arena" had great customization for spell creation. My favorite was an 'earth move' where you could go into a cavern and tunnel out a corridor to connect one room or passageway to another. It was a great way to get around certain areas and create shortcuts for quick exits.

I wish... bunnies and goats would stop resisting my soul capture. C'mon, Bunnies and goats?!

I wish that the mage Farengar of Whiterun would address me as "Arch Mage" or maybe "His Excellency", instead of suggesting that I join the college. Seriously, how can he not know?

Be an entrepreneur and create joint ventures.... Have a pet falcon(falconry) to catch rabbits, fish, subdue goats till you get there. Raise horses. Ummmmm

I had Oblivion on the PC and I got hold of a mod that allowed me
to have saddle bags and to set up a camp site...I wish I could have
that again in Skyrim on the PS3...Also wish the landscape texture didn't
tile so bad.

The "showing me drink and eat" would be cool to.
