So I have some really good ebony armour with some very powerful enchantments (70 extra health, extra damage for 1 handed, extra damage for archery, and increase carry weight by 50). And I just crafted some daedric armour and I want to move my enchantments over to it by disenchanting and re-enchant it onto my daedric armour. But when I disenchanted my armour and wanted to put it on my daedric, all of the enchantments were lower. e.g. carry weight increased by 50 -> carry weight increased by 26. I know you can have it so that enchantments are more powerful and I am at 3/5 for that skill. when I reach 5/5 on it will my enchantment be back to what it was (all of my enchantments on the ebony were as high as the game gives you. e.g. ebony helmet of peerless archery) or do I need to do something else to make them more powerful?

Perhaps you used an improved smithing enchanted item for your previous armor? Try using that again.

You probably need 5/5, 100 enchanting and corpus enchanter(I think, the one that makes armor effects better), but then yes. They should be as good or better than your current setup.
