I have Auriel's Bow and Serena will not talk to me to start the quest. I need some help, I would love to finish the DLC quests and this quest is not starting please help.

My favorite method for fixing broke. NPCs is usually to save and beat the fluffing plops out of them until I've gotten over the mind numbing rage and then reload to see if they're fixed. It might reset her in the same way it resets NPC inventories

Interesting, but I have lost Serena.
There's a long list of places she could be. Basically at any major quest location for her questline, because she tries to meet you at the next objective and she pretty commonly bugs out and develops a mind of her own.
