How do you backstab a Dragon?
BTW............what pets are we talking about?............the metaphorically speaking pet ......or the real ones? (people)this one is confused?
Either. Both. Neither.

Hope that answers your question.

BTW: I sometimes call my cat M'aiq since it's so talkative. Example: Shut up M'aiq! I'm just passin' by.

Depends on the kittie! I like Vex myself. Karliah just doesn't sound like a cat to me. :)

She is all black with white paws and a white belly, but no white in the face. She's five weeks old now. I met her this sunday so it's hard to judge her personality at this moment. The lady from the litter though kept saying she is a little more "adventurous" then her sister, so I was thinking about Mjol first, given her personality, but that just doesn't feel right for an almost entirely black cat.

What about Akhari or Xenobia of the caravans or there's always Shavari after the Khajiit assassin during A Cornered Rat

Personally I just love the name Xenobia.

Well, I like Akhari and Shavari, but those are difficult sounds in my native language, so i'm a little afraid of people butchering them. Same goes for Karliah though, so i guess that one's out.

But Vex,, I don't know, I like it as a name, but I don't really like "Vex" herself :p
She is just so annoying.

Mabey Azura. Dusk and Dawn is also kinda the realm of cats :D. Plus it sounds pleasantly with Deva, the resident kitty

My friend named his kitten Lydia because it sits in the doorway and refuses to move and constantly runs right in front of him, and gets trodden on.

Maybe possibly you could name her after a goddess/God Mara is a good name in my opinion or serana.

What Skyrim inspired names have you given to your pets, (or family members?)?

I have two black crowntail bettas that I've named Akatosh and Umbra, (my wife, much to my annoyance, calls them Succotash and Umbrella).

And in a slight deviation from the thread title, we've a bearded dragon named Kahn that I named my Argonian after.

Have you ever noticed that Nord names seem fitting for mastiffs? "Ulfric! Come here Ulfric!" Conversely, it's hard to imagine a Chihuahua named something like Galmar, or Brynjolf.

So what are some of yours? :beermug:

I named my cat Durnehviir, I was originally going to name her Paarthurnax when I thought she was a boy. I thought Paarthurnax sounded too masculine once I realized she was a girl so I changed it to Durnehviir which I thought sounded the most feminine of all the dragons' names.

I have a dog (half Lab, half Great Pyrenees) named Meeko.
