Shiney, let's be bad guys.
400 hours? That's cute.

You can always try build you haven't done before. Fudgemuppet has a lot of interesting builds.

Or you can set a personal challenge like collecting all of the Dragon Priest mask or Unusual Gems.

There are also some very good quest mods out there, that can add whole new aspects to the game, and whole new areas to explore. Also, things like Frostfall, which force you to worry about cold and exposure, can make gameplay interesting and new.

If we're talking about new questlines, mod Falskaar gives whole new area to explore with new, non-canon quests. It's nearly dlc-sized. I dont have it myself, but its one of most downloaded ones, so it can't be bad.

Realistic Needs and Diseases, i believe, would make a nice role-play combination with Forstfall (that Joe mentioned), if youre into that sort of thing.

Mods like Cloaks of Skyrim and Winter is Coming add, well, cloaks. And it really fits into land where average daily temperature is -15℃. They also make use of things you found useless until now, like linen warps, snow bear pelts, etc.

Get all 'em daedric artifacts. Never enough of them. Try unlocking every shout, if you hadn't done that already.

So many things to say, I'll leave it at this, lel.

All true fans of the game reach this point.

Usually I'll find myself stricken with inspiration for a new character to create. That's what it's mainly all about for me: making characters, and bringing them to life in Tamriel.

Since you're on PC, the possibilities are endless. For quest mods, I'd recommend Clockwork. It's a fairly spooky experience which culminates in ownership of probably the neatest player home that I've seen. And if you haven't already, get the Alternate Start mod. There's only so many times one can stand riding that wagon into Helgen with 'ol horsethief and Stormpuff. :beermug:

Here, I'm gonna add some more stuff

Brodual does good rewieves on mods.

Skyrim Easter Eggs. In example: Headless horseman.... in all my hours of play (1000+h) i had encountered him ONLY ONCE. and i couldnt keep up with him because I didnt have a horse. It's definetly rarest easter egg, not many players have seen it. You can find list of easter eggs on yt and see how many you came across with.
Try losing your sanity and invest points in lockpicking. (lol)
Becoming a thane in every hold and owning every house, by now, I think you had done it already..... good, now fill every shelf with books, every mannequin with unique armor, and every weapon stash with weapons of choice. It will keep you preoccupied for longer than you think

Bruma is out now. It's a mod, but it's like playing a DLC, with multiple quests and a nice, big map.
