For Honor - RPG

I just saw that For Honor is due to release Feb -14...
After watching the trailer/ gameplay vids... I'm still not sure If it's an RPG game.
Even thou the Ubisoft guy in the video, calls it an RPG... Some are saying it's more
of a Hack and Slash game...
Just curious to get an opinion here, to see what the forums think it is ...
and do you think it will be as good as Skyrim ?

I really don't think it is comparable to Skyrim, if only due to the much more complicated combat system.

As for what makes it an RPG, there is probably heavy RPG elements in the story mode... Since I agree from what I have seen of the multiplayer there is little to no RPG elements that have been presented.

As for being a Hack and Slash, I don't see the two concepts being incompatible. For example, Diablo is a hack and slash/ RPG.

It's definitely not a game like Skyrim unfortunately, still a great game none the less.
