Xbox One Tempering Blacksmiths and Enchanting Mages

I was thinking, what would happen if *GASP* a person didn't want to max enchanting and smithing? A bunch of the blacksmiths will say something like, "Bring me your swords and armor if you need them improved.", but not a single one have ever offered to ACTUALLY do anything! I thought about the mages not offering to enchant things, but mages usually won't offer to do things for folks without a healthy dose of cajoling and bribery, so that's no different... still it'd be nice to have the chance to try to get them to enchant things for you.

Seeing as how I have no idea how to even start making mods, anyone ever seen anything like this?

I almost always Smith, but I've been having a lot more fun not enchanting. It makes you make harder decisions about gear, and makes the hunt for upgrades more satisfying.

I don't know if there's an SSE version yet, but for Oldrim, Honed Metal is an outstanding, game-changing mod.
