Ok orcs are the most toughest roughest bastards in skyrim so build them up like a tank and this is what i figured i go with.

One handed.
Two handed heavy weapons.
Block.
Heavy armour.
Less sneak but just rolling in there bashing the fluff out of everyone you see build like a tank and having people bouncing off you in combat would be kind of funny.
And also smithing no magic but loads of stamina less health.
Any other perks i could make use of?

Looks good. Consider questing for the Longhammer. It's of Orc design, and I hear it is the fastest-swing warhammer in the game. :beermug:

A war axe and battle axe would be kind of nasty .

I agree with Kohlar; The Longhammer, combined with all three of the Elemental Fury shouts will wreck most opponents, no matter how tough they are. Don't enchant the Longhammer, though, or Elemental Fury won't work on it. In my experience, it appears that warhammers are capable of stunning your opponents for a split-second using only regular attacks.

I had an Orc build a while back (Master difficulty from the beginning) that focused on Two Handed (Warhammer), Smithing (Orcish, because the Longhammer benefits from Orcish smithing perk). Enchant as much of your gear as possible with Fortify Two Handed, use Alchemy to create potions of Fortify Two Handed for added sickness. Top off the build with the Steed Stone (believe me, this works wonders for added power attacks and closing the distance between enemies, not to mention your heavy armor becomes weightless, and you will want to be wearing heavy Orcish armor which you can smith fairly effectively without having to grind the hell out of Smithing) and some Archery to help bring dragons down to the ground. Zero Magicka, 200 Stamina, and the rest in Health. Add in Berserker Rage for particularly tough enemies, and it should be smooth sailing from there.

Just my 3 cents... ;)

I like to allow orcs and warriors in general to use alteration. Seems to fit with their style and can give some magic resistance perks too.
