Hi again,

It's just me again with a few more questions as I do not want to mess stuff up (too much)

1. upgrading weapon (Blade of Woe and Nightingale bow) - is there any order I upgrade it? First Smithing than enchanting for example? Does the order matter? How do I go about upgrading them? Can I potentially mess up this process?

2. levelled items - just to be on the safe side:
- Nightingale armour - I start the "Trinity"quest at clvl 32 to get the best stats?
- Nightingale bow - I start "Blindsighted" quest at clvl 46?

3. Should I double wield the BoWs or maybe get another second dagger?

Cheers!

hello tomaja :)

this is how it works with Smithing Vs Enchanting .......if both are at 100% and you have one essential perk activated, and that is the Arcane Smithing perk on the smithing perk tree, it dose not matter in what order you do things after that .........so if you decide to spend a hour enchanting your armors and weapons, then YES you can then go and upgrade them to the max, and vice verse

now the things with unique items, that you know what level you will get the best stats, unless you are role playing and you really dont care would recommend to go for the highest stats especially if your planing to put up the DIFFICULTY up down the track

when it comes to weapons ......every one will give you there opinion, and by no means that is wrong, that is your question after all, BUT it all will come down to what makes you happy, what gives you the most joy & pleasure is most probably the style of build you should be focusing on ......so if your thing is a bow .........learn it well, if its magic ext ext ext ......... have fun and learn your skills, then you can expand, learn more, be more, but first you have to find your self

A dual enchanting Tip ........uses a pen and paper ........draw a helmet, armor ext ext ....ring .....weapons ...........put your final build on paper, think about what enchantments you are going to use, do you need it or can you substitute it with a perk on a skill tree or a standing stone or racial power you all ready have, and always save before you start

have fun and may all your battles be glorious :yay:

yes you can use potions & alchemy to make stronger enchantments ...the thing is if you want to play god mode good for you

at the end of the day .. if your not for the take advantage of the flaws of the game then you will have a much more realistic game ....Skyrim will respect you and give you its best

BTW my best ever mace is 476 damage and that is playing legendary .. and I used it to take Karstaag out... cant imagine a dagger in my world that would do the same damage my best mace would do

I just watched the video - nice :) and it is legendary difficulty, rght? But I have this funny feeling my assassin might have some dificlt time there...maybe invisibility potions, silent roll perk or shadow master perks will help...

Atm, I am playing on Master doing only side quests for TG, DBG and the questline to get Honeyside in Riften as this is my favourite place :) No dragons which is nice - it was easier to get Krosis without the dragon there. I did a lot of pickpocketing to get the money and I already made pickpocket legendary ;) but now I might go get The Black Star as I kill NPCs and I could really use it.

I do not play god and I do not use all the exploits - I might as well use console ;) But this sucks the fun out of the game - but otoh there are consequences (of not using exploits) - it was difficult for my assassin to take out the guys in a cave with a wolve during scooma quest - I had to use bow to distract them and make them go where I wanted ; I needed poisons to one shot the wolve as it constantly detected me...and my friend with this super bow can just stand and oneshot all of them without sneak mode while I need to find strategic location use potions and sneak for the x3 bow dmg - but this is more real life like this.

Not sure about infinite upgrade but I did test the fortify restoration loop and was able to upgrade my armor to 1000 with health 9000 enchantment and on my weapons was able to upgrade my elvish sword to 500 damage plus 4000 fire damage and same for my bow. It takes a while to farm the fish heads and ingredients and grind out alchemy/enchant skills but consider you can easily one shot most enemies so worth it. I destroyed frost troll in one hit.
