Sooo, a random NPC innocently asserts "there's been no funny-man in these parts for centuries" (or some such), making Cicero quite the spectacle. Is there any in-game lore that gets into this? I've checked through some pretty good forums, and due to the plethora of vague vague VAGUE (like insights on individual books available only in Apocrypha) items that come up, I'm shocked over it never being mentioned.
