Skyrim legendary on ps3 can't access dlc

Have a problem with finding and accessing dlc on legendary edition. I've found the dlc in ps store but it says not compatable with legendary edition. I bought game from EB Games as a pre owned and starting to think they gave me wrong disc. At level 31 and not had any dlc actions occur

Hmm. Level 8-10 an orc guy should've appeared telling you about Dawnguard and vampires being around.
Dragon cult guys usually attack you after you've completed the "Way of the Voice" quest.
and Hearthfire.... not sure -- I have yet to build a house lol.

Does the disk itself have Skyrim: Legendary Edition on it's cover? (not the box cover, but the disk itself)

No it has no leg ed written on disc. And the code on disc is BLES-01329. I have played leg ed before and had all the events occur but as you said, all around level 10

okay well then you definitely don't have the Legendary Edition. which is BLES-01886. I'm not sure which one is 1329, but I think it's the regular version.
