Could it occur to you that, in Skyrim, there might not be an age of consent or age of majority? And even if such a thing is in effect in Skyrim, it would almost certainly be less than 18, like many other countries to this day. She's clearly in her late teens, at least. This is suggested not only by her appearance, but also by the fact that she often visits her parents who live in a different village.
If you'd done any research before trying to call me out, you'd know that she claims that although she's "a woman," she's still as good with a pickaxe as any man. This not only suggests physical strength and development, but experience in the mines. Also, one of the other miners often tries to convince her that he's a good relationship prospect.
I'll end on this, though. She's a
marriage prospect once you've done her favour quest. It's not like Hroki who's got an adult appearance but is treated as a child. Yes, Sylgja can me
married.
