Given the expected timing of both, do you think the Remastered version will have been done with the PS$ Neo improvements in mind?

I was wondering this as well. I just purchased my preorder of Special Edition today on Ebay, (since apparently it's completely sold out), and I have yet to obtain a PS4. Wasn't sure if I'd really need the "latest" model or if any PS4 would do.

I don't think you need the latest model..
Take a look back to the history of PS..
PS1.. never owned one so I can't say really...
PS2's had a slim and a phat version.. they ran the same games
PS3's had a slim and a phat version too... they also ran the same games
PS4.. well I gave up gaming so I don't know anthing about the next gen... But it's logical to think that any PS4 would do.
I sure do hope that the loading times are a lot shorter in the re-matered version...

I was more wondering if it would be written to make use of the Neo enhancements, especially the graphics.

I don't think Bethesda does anything with Playstation in mind, given how all their games always have one problem or another with Sony.
