I'm trying to find some info. Where are you planning on buying from?

From what I can tell the greatest hits version does not have the DLC included. If you can find the Legendary version that has all of the DLCs.

I don't have a PlayStation but you should be able to search for the add ons in the PSN marketplace.

Is your PlayStation connected to the Internet?

PSN is the PlayStation Network.

When you start the PlayStation, you are on what is called the "xmb", which stands for Xross Media Bar. It looks like this:

The PlayStation Store is found almost all the way to the right of the menu options. In the above image, it is the circle with lines on it just to the left of the two smiling squares.

Below is what it looks like when you've highlighted the Store:

When you click this, it will take a few moments to load, but you should then have a screen like this:

To search for a game or DLC, navigate the highlight (the glow around the box that says "Latest" in the above image) to the magnifying glass on the right of the screen (in the above image it is above the middle of Cell Factor).

Now you have to put in the letters of the game you're searching for. Each time you put in a letter, the number of letters you have to choose from is reduced, because it is giving you options to spell available titles based on what letters you started your search with.

It looks like this:

When you put SKYRIM into the search, it will show you results that should include the DLC. Navigate to the right, highlight the game or DLC, and press X to select it, and that should take you to the purchase page.

It should look a little something like this:

In the above image, the game is Little Big Planet 2, which you can add to your cart (it works the same whether you're using British pounds or American dollars), but to the right are the DLC and addons for that game. By navigating to the right, you can highlight and select a DLC with X, which brings you to the DLC page (functionally identical to the game page above), and you can put it in your cart by navigating down to Add to Cart and pressing X to accept.

Then it's off to payment land. If you are not given the option to go straight to checkout, then from the main PlayStation Store page (pictured below), navigate to the right of the screen to highlight and select the icon furthest to the right, which looks like a shopping cart turned to the side.

The next screen will allow you to choose your payment method. You can either add funds to your PlayStation wallet with a debit or credit card (approved by your parents) by choosing Add Funds, or continue to checkout using funds already in your PlayStation wallet by choosing Complete Purchase.

Once the DLC is purchased, it should take you to a screen that allows you to start the DLC download. When its done downloading (which it may be able to do in the background), open Skyrim and check the DLC folder. All your DLC's should be present. You don't need to do anything else to activate them if they're present.

I hope this has been helpful.
