Having played Skyrim on our PS3, i will assuredly buy it for our PS4 (which is exactly what Bethesda is trying for) for the sole reason of the Console Mods.

Now my question is: Will these mods include any kind of settlement building? I noticed on the E3 video that the mods listed on the mod screen are armor, follower, etc.. mods.

Does anyone thing that we'll be able to build anywhere in Skyrim like folks are doing in Fallout 4?

Probably, just have to wait till the mods start rolling in

It's hard to say. The mods that are put on consoles have to be allowed by the PC mod creators, and right now for Fallout 4 they're having problems with people stealing mods, so we'll have to wait and see who wants to put their mods up.

Yes, it does suck that a few bad apples are making everyone look bad.

It's too bad that the "Holds" mod:
is 4GB, as currently Bethesda is limiting the XBox Mods for FO4 to 2GB (So Skyrim will probably be the same). I'd love to have this one!

Actually, according to my source at SONY, they are expecting it to increase to possibly 6GB by EOY, but it's the new Neo (4.5) that will really make it shine @ 16-20GB. According to Lai Pin in their development section, there have been some issues with mod compatibility but they hope to have it solved by the time of release in the last week of June (28th is their estimate).

Octobers looking like a pretty damn good month - Last Guardian actually being released (not sure if I'll buy tho), Skyrim Remaster, Frigging NI-OH which I'm mad hyped about after loving the beta. Prolly more I've forgotten.

Still gna be busy watching E3 over next few days.

What is this new Neo? An upgraded PS4 version? If so, what will be the difference in cost?

Apparently the Neo will start at 2TB and be capable of 4K along with boosts to graphics and processing speeds. My friend in development isn't privy to the cost of consoles, but I would suspect that it would be at about the same pricepoint as the PS4 when released ($399). Just my thought.
