I started out by heading to Arcwind Point, had a basic imperialist setup, Solitude Gaurd armor, and Imperial Helmet along with Shield of Solitude. Restoration, majorly one handed, with some alteration. Lvl 28.
Everything seems regular, two skeleton patrols find me, one hit kill each, Hulking draugr pops out of his nap, no problems. Frost dragon sitting at the top that I didn't really notice aggroes and flies around. Lands right behind me, doesn't attack.
He just sits there, his posture reminding me of Paarthurnax, at this point I had gotten a few swings at him. But I stop. Dragon bro is super chill. Still shows him as an enemy on the HUD. I get under him, his head cranes to look at me, he looks cute af. Get on his back through parkour, play around some more, even heal dragon bro with healing hands.
Get bored of this after a while, continue through outdoor dungeon, encounter deathlord draugr, not much of a problem. Dragon bro suddenly lands right by me, watching me battle draugr douche. Finish off draugr, look at dragon bro for a little, he's still chill so whatever.
Draugr archer is fluffing with dragon bro, but he's pussying out and doing nothing. Kill the asshole and heal dragon bro again. Realization that I might have a retarded dragon on my tail forever, never being able to fast travel, or go into towns. Willing to accept this. Head to the end of the outdoor dungeon, get the loot. Come back to dragon bro, but he just flies into the air when I get close.
He comes at me with volleys of ice attacks. Dragon bro's inner peace is breaking, try to avoid fighting for some time, hiding behind cover to bloc his range attacks. Have to put dragon bro down now. fluff.
Fight him, beat him down, bashing, and slicing with steel and fire. Weaken him to the point where he can't fly. Run. Just run. Shout 'Call Storm'. Just wait as the lightning bolts drain his HP, it goes down little by little. Last sliver of health left, last strike from the sky. His HP bar is gone from my HUD.
Leave dragon bro, don't take his soul, let him have another chance at his inner peace if he can ever come to this unworthy world again.
