So I've played Skyrim almost exclusively since it launched. Few games in between. Until Elder Scrolls Online came out for xbox in June.
I've played that exclusively until this week. I've done everything PVE wise in ESO (7 max level toons) and PVP is the laggiest thing I've ever experienced, so decided to try skyrim again.
It wasn't a smooth transition. Controlling your character doesn't seems as smooth as it used to but I persevered. Made a new character hoping to relive some awesome moments I've had in this game. After about an hour it felt right again. Just wandering round while having a huge smile on my face.
Anyway, I'm walking along near whiterun when I see a farmer leading a cow with paint on it. I talk to him and he says he's taking the cow to the giants as an offering. Considering how much I have played this game (don't even know how many thousands of hours) I was amazed, baffled and totally excited how I'd just experienced something I've never seen before. It reminded me why I loved this game in the first place. Honestly blown away all over again like I'd just started playing it as new.
