How do you backstab a Dragon?

Essential shouts that you need to have to finish quests are: Whirlwind Sprint, Bend Will, Call Dragon, Dragonrend, Clear Skies, at least the first shout for Unrelenting Force, and the first word for Fire Breath.
My favourites are Ice Form - good for multiple enemies. Aura Whisper - excellent for sneaking and sniping, and Unrelenting Force - cause it's just fluffing fun.
Dragon Aspect is also a favourite, especially combined with werewolf form and the Ring of the Hunt.
The only benefits from gaining all shouts is the trophy, the levels you gain whilst searching out the words, possible plops-tonnes of dragon souls, and the ability to chose a shout to suit whatever situation you are in.
