I'm wondering if there's a app or website where you pick your build, armor, and weapons to see how it'll look. If it exists let me know? Thx everyone

I don't know any which show you how your build will look, that would need to replicate character creation from the game because of the amount of variance. There is a Wikia: Elder Scrolls app which covers skyrim and elder scrolls online. That has sets of armour so you can check those out.

A google search will probably throw up a bucketful
