I'm currently having fun with my Orc character named Umug gro-Bug. For the first time in a long time I'm playing a character who is willing to crimes every now and then.

First time, I needed a huge pile of Frost Salts (still do, actually...), and the Dunmer steward in Winterhold decided to inform Umug that his job was to serve the Jarl, not waste time talking to travellers. That caused Umug, who had been doing nothing except finding, killing and delivering stuff for NPCs, to lose his temper, and he breathed fire on the elf. That was my in-character way of getting Frost Salts from the Frost Atronachs guarding the Chill. :p

Just now I had a quest to deliver a missive from the Tel Mithryn chef to everyone's favourite Redguard, Nazeem. However, Nazeem was sitting inside his farmhouse, behind a locked door. Umug, who was also on a mission to save a kidnapped citizen, just wanted to get the missive delivered... and, well, that's where the thread title comes from...

Have you ever resorted to questionable means to complete a quest? I obviously failed mine, but still. :D

(The brown cylinder thing on Nazeem's chest is the missive I "delivered".)

No one liked Nazeem anyway.
