need advice on downloaded skyrimUI and Skse

here have a cookie :)
i have downloaded SkyrimUI through steam no problems but i had to download skse on to my computer from a different site other then steam. will that affect my game in any way? id like to know for sure before i start the game and risk it crashing any mods or anything like that. thanks in advance guys

If you mean from the SKSE site, then no. I used it for a time and had no issues whatsoever with it causing mine to crash, but I generally don't run a heavily modded game either.

right nowi have a lil over 30 mods but they are smalls things like changing the moon and special weapons for the most part i have about 8 i would consider large where they add new npcs or add new quests etc

i looked i have 37 mods sorry about that

Unfortunately, there is really only one way to find out if your game will run smoothly, you have to boot it up and find out! Downloading SKSE from somewhere other than Steam is fine, In fact I believe it's your only option. With that many mods, however, you might want to look in to a mod manager. Nexus mod manager is the only one I've used, and is good for a few mods. With the amount of modding you're doing though, I'd look in to a mod manager that carefully loads the mods to prevent conflicts. Something like this (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/1334/?) even keeps the mod files separate from the Skyrim game files so you don't get any corruption.
