Hi. So, iv'e just finished smithing my legendary daedric armor, and am currently working on leveling my enchanting skill. Here's my question, what should i enchant my armor with?

I know about the free magic casting, so i simply plan on doubling up on reduce cost by 25% on an amulet and ring for each school.

That said, what should i put on my armor? Iv'e considered enchanting for the 80% cap of resist magic, any ideas?

On one of my old accounts i have a dragon helm with water breathing its pretty good i don't know were i got the enchantment from though

just remember that you can put two enchantments once you reach lvl 100 enchanting.

I did the following with my warrior:

Gloves - fortify archery, fortify one handed

Boots- Fortify one handed, fortify stamina

Helmet - fortify archery, water breathing

Shield - fortify block, resist magic

Cuirass - fortify health, fortify stamina

Ring - fortify health, resist magic

Necklace - fortify archery, fortify one handed

Sword 1 - burn, soul capture

Sword 2 - shock, soul capture

Bow - shock or burn, soul capture

Dagger - probably frost, fire

I am under warrior also. I just found out some of this won't do me any good, so you may want to double check the armor cap before you do fortify light/heavy armor enchantments.

Helmet - +62 magicka / - 25% cast destruction
Armor - +25 light armor / + 62 health
gauntlets- +25 light armor / +42 one-handed
boots - muffle / +37 carry weight
shield - +46 fire resist / +46 frost resist

Then I have a bunch of necklaces and rings, one of which is +62 magicka / +25 light armor also.
** This is the over kill part, and I'm probably going to enchant a few new necklaces...I'm way over 567.

Necklace 62 magicka / 25 light armor
Necklace 27% better prices / + 37 carry weight (I figure if I'm going to the store, I'm probably loaded)
Necklace and ring each, 46/46 fire/frost resistance
Necklace and ring each, 46/19 shock/magic resistance (no idea why magic is so low)

Ring 42 one-handed damage, sneak 42
Ring water breathing, carry weight. This does allow me to double up. Between the boots, necklace, and ring, I can carry 111 extra lbs.

I forgot weapons...I did burn and soul capture on the sword, shock and soul capture on the dagger, and both burn and shock on the bow. With the dagger, between the up-smithing damage, the shock damage, a decent sneak, and the backstab perk, you can go soul shopping all day long. Muffled boots go a long way here, though I find myself telling my follower to wait here a lot, so they don't go kicking buckets down steps and other such niceties.

*** Muffle and water breathing are simple on/off enchantments. If you're dual enchanting, you'll need to use a grand gem for your other enchantment anyway, but for single enchanting either of those a petty gem works just as well.

add in the (dare i say it) pickpocketing perk of 100 carry weight extra and that's pushing 211 extra pounds of loot lol

I like it. I hadn't done much with the thief perks. I'm 100 on smithing and enchanting, and I high 90s on light armor and one-handed...and speech. Everything else lags somewhere behind.

I like to do muffle and sneak on boots. Waterbreathing and archery on helmet. Archery and one-handed or 2 handed on bracers (or whatever) and health and stamina on armor.

Then I make a series of necklaces and rings to carry for assorted other purposes. As I level up and start working on other skills I enchant rings/necklaces for those skills. Don't forget carry weight and barter as a nice set for making the rounds of the shops to sell loot and buy stuff you want/need.

If I'm doing lots of magic I do a set of fortify magicka and fortify magicka regen items.

For better dragon survival I do a set of resist fire/resist frost necklaces, rings and shoes that weigh 0.

When my skill in something gets to 100 I don't need enchanted stuff in that skill and can leave it at home.

I map out my enchanting plan ahead of time because it's fun and because you only have so much time to fiddle around if you're using an enchantment potion.

When enchanting, I rename the item with a description of the enchantment in the beginning so I can find stuff. Nothing more frustrating than looking through 6 silver rings in the heat of battle to see which one you need.
