Games I've played besides Skyrim recently are (most of these weren't released in the last year but they're what I've played - hope that's alright to include):
Assassins Creed II
Fallout 3
Oblivion
Dragon Age: Inquisition (which I'm actually playing at the moment; was a little burned out on Skyrim so I decided to take a break. This is the main game I keep on playing besides Skyrim at the moment.)
I always do end up coming back to Skyrim, though. Sometimes I'll come back and play it for months at a time before moving on. Others it'll be a few weeks. Sometimes - rarely - it'll only be a few days.
I couldn't really tell you why I come back. There are multiple reasons, I suppose. Sometimes I'll start to miss playing one of my characters. Sometimes an idea for a new character or build hits me and I want to make them before I forget to. Sometimes I just get an urge to go kill dragons or go and work on my Smithing skills or other skills. Other times I just miss playing Skyrim and so I go back. It hasn't really gotten that old to me yet. I only got into it last year after all so it's still fairly new and I still have tons to do. It will probably be a long time before I leave Skyrim completely alone, if ever.
