Oh, that brat... I used one great mod of mine and sent him to prison. In fact I did some kind of sentence to all jarls and the annoying members of their families.
Now as to who's the most annoying dude... Well there's a few:
-Nazeem. 'Nuff said
-Cicero. Egg my house if you want, I can't stand him. "Well that's maaaaadness". SHUT UP!!
-The jarl of whiterun. Always doing that weird thing with his hand... Is he pointing at something?
-All thieves guild members. I've given my opinion about their " guild" before so to not repeat myself I'll summarize it: flffing mob
-The harbinger of the companions: he's supposed to be the strongest and yet when the silver hand attacks he's the only one to die
-Whatever his name is(the guy who turns you into a werewolf through the companions QL). He's like:
-'Sup man wanna turn into a werewolf?
-Well actually... No.
-Well guess what, I don't give a damn, you're turning
-Lidya. Always getting in the way.
-Delphine. Would you shut up with your god damn blades? The blades were left aside in Oblivion, just let go.

Brynjolf can piss off back to his rat hole, I can't stand it every time I enter Riften with a new character, I have to put up with his dialogue and trying to politely let him know that I know he's a petty thief and I have no interest in joining his sh!tty gang. It's even more annoying if I get there at night and he approaches me in the tavern. I'd honestly rather listen to Maramal preaching about Mara than put up with Brynjolf accusing me of being a pikey.

One time I forgot my female character hadn't been to Riften yet. It was late and she was tired (mod) so she just paid for a room and headed upstairs. Brynjolf followed her across the bar, up the ladder, through the passage, into her bedroom and just as I was about to activate the bed/crawl under the covers for a good nights rest he said: "Never done an honest days work for all that coin your carrying, eh lass?"
That was the day I added: "Sleezy lecher" to the list of reasons I hate Brynjolf It's funny how a line can come off with completely different subtext when said in a bedroom to a woman alone. It wasn't nearly so creepy a line when spoken in a crowded public place...
