Kohlar the Unkilled

Time for some ale
How many of you purchased the collector's edition of Skyrim that came with an Alduin statue and an art book, along with the game? Having discovered the game relatively late, I missed out, and now I find myself wanting my own Alduin statue and art book. The problem is, I keep getting out-bid on ebay; the statues themselves are selling mostly for $70 and up. The boxed sets are selling for 200 plus. How much did these cost when they came out? Would anyone like to part with theirs for a price?

I recall the eager anticipation that I experienced when arrived at my local Game Stop to obtain my Collector's Edition Dark Souls II box. Well, what a disappointment that turned out to be... I recently took some things to Vintage Stock to get some credit, namely Morrowind and the Xbox that I purchased to play it on, and Dark Souls II. The guy offered me $12 for the Dark Souls II collector's set, complete with knight statue, art book, map, and game. Twelve dollars. Anyway, I'm glad to see the Skyrim collector's set going UP in value.

That would've been worth it. My Dark Souls II box was $110. Let there be no doubt, I WILL purchase a collector's edition for Elder Scrolls VI.

Sadly I wasn't in the TES game series until a year after Skyrim came out. Won't happen to me with TES6 - I'll watch Bethesda's updates like a hawk and then preorder ASAP.
