Hello all, I thought it would be cool to have a thread where you can post a little blurb about your passion outside of Skyrim Forums. Art, music, and writing encompasses a vast amount of genres and artistic styles. Please share what you enjoy doing.
I have been playing guitar since I was 14 years old and I typically play metal but enjoy playing anything. I am influenced by Kurt Cobain, Dimebag Darrell, and Zakk Wylde. I also enjoy singing and songwriting, but most of that material has a very post-grunge sound to it. I enjoy writing and writing a book is definitely on my bucket list. I also had quite a bit of fun painting miniatures but it's been a while since I have.
I look forward to seeing what your passion is.

I am a big fitness guy! I love the gym and American football. I also enjoy cleaning my apartment (kind of weird).

I enjoy spending time outdoors, camping/hiking/star gazing. I also like making health and beauty products such as deoderant, body lotion and scented oil rubs. [emoji5]️ meditation and yoGa are also important to me. When I am alone I play my violin! [emoji16]

I'm a high school boys varsity basketball coach, so that takes quite a bit of my time during the winter months.

Summer, i hike quite a bit, drive around in the mountains of northern Idaho & western Montana with my dogs, and rent renovated Fire Lookouts to camp in.

My hobby would be playing soccer. I occasionally play with a couple of my friends to keep myself healthy. It also serves as a challenge to me. That I can still have a healthy lifestyle despite being a gamer most of my life. It also helps me relieve stress at times.

I think it's pretty damn cool how most of you previous posters are into sports! Besides gaming and studying my ass off, I picked up Karate a few months ago and I'm having lots of fun putting my formerly lazy muscles to use.

Reading, writing (including journaling), drawing, researching random factoids on Google to learn about - learning new things in general for that matter, gaming obviously. You know, the usual.

Besides gaming, I have dozens of other hobbies:
- listening to all types of music (mostly rock and metal)
- practicing martial arts (already done 8 years worth of Ju Jitsu, now I practice Krav Maga and some Taekwondo)
- plenty of other sports (mainly basketball, baseball, rollerblading and biking)
- studying psychology, sociology and even astrology, basically anything involving human interactions and behaviors
- studying and practicing Oriental and Italian customs and arts
- reading and writing
- daydreaming… a lot
- helping others in any way possible (though I'm not very social, so I do what I can through the internet)

That's about it.

Reading fantasy or sci-fi novels
Watching movies..
Writing..
Uhm daydreaming...and playing soccer.

Reading books and magazines, listening to music, gaming (of course), wasting time on Skyrim Forums, dying a slow death following my beloved Flyers (sucky season just passed), silkscreening shirts for friends and family, and riding my faithful Suzuki sportsbike around the beautiful state of Washington. Actually, that last bit isn't exactly true. It's more "holding on for dear life" than riding.

I like to think I have a myriad of hobbies, even though I'm notoriously lazy. I enjoy:
- Gaming (obviously)
- Reading
- Writing
- Sleeping
- Trying new foods
- Traveling
- Hiking (haven't done it in years, and I miss it)
- Martial arts (again, it's been years, since I received a black belt at age 14 and quit shortly thereafter; I'm nearly 21 now, but I would love to get back into it if given the chance)
- Listening to music
- Playing guitar (poorly)
- Hanging out with friends
- Wasting tremendous amounts of time on the internet

Annnnnnd that's about it.

I play basketball and hockey, and enjoy reading, writing and playing chess. I also watch a lot of American sports teams*, despite living in Europe at the moment. I like to write haikus.

*Don't worry dunklunk, hopefully Philly can heal their wounds and be better next season . Let's go Flyers!

Gaming, obviously. Reading, eating and sleeping, chilling on the forum with monsters, getting into philosophical (or idiotic) debates with people on chat... Stuff like that. Walking, too, I guess.
