Can't use new dragon shouts

Drunehviir and one other shout say they need Dragon souls when I have 32. 2 of those acquired after getting Drunehviir shout. Is there a fix for this?

Have you manually learned shouts before? You know how to use dragon souls to unlock them?

Highlight the locked shout and there should be an option to unlock it.
