I reckon it can be when you talk in your sleep, and try and think the game is real and tend to ignore what is going on in the day to day life of the real world it happens to me sometimes. I also think it can be when talking to other people about the game and nothing else and they get irritated or bored listening to you talk about it only. Another thing can be, when you call someone ogre when you are thinking about what to do about the ogre who is annoying in the game and the person is upset from it.
