    Name: Titus Psyrakon

    Race: Imperial

    Age: 38

    Class: Warrior

    Afflictions: Lycanthropy

    Gender: Male

Looks: 5' 6" with a lean muscular body, pale cream colored skin, sapphire blue eyes and a triangular clean shaven face. His long ebony hair goes down to his shoulders and is kept in a ponytail by a leather strip. He almost always wears a confidant smile and is quite handsome when he cleans himself up. He usually smells like sweat though, as he trains and fights a lot.

Equipment: Titus wields a skyforge steel halberd, sword and shield. The sword and shield were made for him by Eorlund Grey-Mane upon his introduction into the Companions. The halberd was forged by his little sister Cilla for him four years ago to replace his old battleaxe. None of his weapons are enchanted as he considers all forms of magic a crutch. Something that could diminish his true skills as a warrior by doing more of the work for him. In his younger days he would charge into the fray with his axe but since that's precisely what got it shattered by a giant he's become more cautious. Closing with the enemy to just outside striking distance with his halberd, then using it with both hands to jab and stab at the charging enemy, using their momentum against them and mostly with deadly results. When having to charge himself or against retreating foes, Titus uses the axe head of his halberd to either spit heads open with an overhead chop or sever legs and torsos with wide cleaving attacks. This is particularly useful when he finds himself surrounded. He switches to his sword and shield when in places where a halberd isn't practical, such as advancing in tight quarters or against foes faster than him.

Titus wears Nordic steel armor with steel shin boots and steel Nordic gauntlets. He also has two sleevless black shirts and two pairs of olive green pants and a pair of leather boots. Both sets of clothing resemble sackcloth prison outfits but are nicer and more comfortable.

Personality: Titus is a soul of fire and passion. He's curious to the point of being foolish, friendly to the point of being boisterous, self-confident to the point of being arrogant and decisive to the point of bravado. He rushes into most situations bullheaded and meets all problems head on, regardless of the best way to approach them. Age and experience have tempered this to some degree but not enough for him to be satisfied with planning or caution. This has gotten him into trouble many times but it also means he doesn't back down from a challenge. Titus is driven enough to overcome any obstacle and firmly believes that with enough force and willpower any barrier can be crushed, knocked over, smashed through or otherwise forcibly removed. He also fights to the death for any he calls friend and is unshakably loyal, be it on the battlefield or in a social situation.

Titus' manners are rather rough and he often speaks before thinking. These traits, combined with being easily frustrated by those in power have gotten him into trouble many times and led to a good number of tavern brawls but he always comes to regret it later. He doesn't wish harm on anyone but sometimes it happens and even though he is slow to learn from his mistakes he always tries to correct them. Some of these have even stuck with him as he's grown into a leader and role model of the Companions.

Backstory: Titus was born in the Imperial City in Cyrodiil along with his twin sister Alice. Even though they look similar and were born together, their personalites are very different. Alice has a deep interest in magic and learning while Titus has little interest in such things. He does not share his sister's good manners or sophistication and smashes through obsticales with passion and zeal while Alice, while just as unyielding, is much more cerebral in her problem solving. She looks for ways over or around problems rather than straight through them. This vastly different outlook on life has been the flashpoint of constant conflict between the two siblings but also allows them to complement each other's deficiencies very nicely. As Titus and Alice have grown up, their sibling rivalry has become more focused and competitive. They constantly push each other to be faster or smarter or more perceptive or otherwise improve their young lives.

When the Thalmor came down on their family and discovered that their father Simus was a Talos worshiper and their mother Amy was a former Blade from the Great War, Titus and Alice recognized that they needed each other more than ever. They fought and bled together as they fled the Imperial City towards Bruma with the Thalmor hot on their heels. Their parents were the guardians, their older brother Stephen the strategist, their little sister Cilla the morale officer, but Titus and Alice became the sword of the family. They were the first to fight the Bruma guards after they sold them out to the Thalmor and they were the first to take the fight to the Thalmor in the Jerrall Mountains when they caught up with them. That was when things got hard.

As Simus and Amy bought their four children time to escape, Simus was incapacitated and Amy was struck down and stabbed to death by moonstone blades. Titus watched in horror with his brother and sisters as their mother died before their very eyes. Alice was the closest of them all to her and she flew into a blind rage, charging the Thalmor to try and save her mother. She was quickly struck down and stabbed through the shoulder while Simus was pinned to the ground and had to watch. Alice cried in pain and Titus and Stephen tried to drag her away as she screamed for her mother. A stray arrow hit Stephen in the shoulder and the brothers dropped Alice. The Thalmor were on them and they knew if they tried to carry Alice they would all die. While Stephen carried Cilla away, Titus was forced to abandon his sister and best friend, hoping against hope that their father would survive and protect her. He ran through the snow and never looked back.

Titus was separated from his brother and sister in Skyrim's wilds and for a week wandered on his own, trying to find his family. In that time he found Whiterun and The Companions. He knew his father was a member and once he told Kodlack Whitemane who he was and had proved himself some, he was welcomed as family. Over a month he trained with his new family, and among this group of warriors in a foreign land he felt he had come home.

He found Simus and Alice after this month and hugging his sister again remains one of his happiest memories. His father was immensely proud of the strong focused warrior his son had become and despite the loss of their mother, they were a family again.

Simus and Alice joined the Stormcloaks but Titus remained in Whiterun with The Companions. Simus was sad to leave his son again so soon but he could see this was where he belonged. Titus went on to have his own adventures, bringing honor and glory to both his families and always having good stories to try and one up his sister with whenever they meet.

Unfortunately, this peace wasn't to last.

Simus and Alice survived the Civil War, or at least its ceasefire, and were able to rejoin the rest of their family in Whiterun when things settled down. Simus married Carlotta Valentia, Cilla and Mila became sisters and for a time the Psyrakons were whole again. But it couldn't last. When the College of Winterhold was destroyed and magic was banned Simus and Alice were in a very difficult position. They were heroes to the people but they were both extensive magic users and were now criminals. They were too popular to be killed and they would not run from Skyrim. It was their home now and they would not lose it like they lost Cyrodiil. But they knew they couldn't stay. If they did, the rest of the family would be killed along with them. If they tried to hide they would eventually be found. So for the sake of the family they left. They left quietly, without ceremony and without notice. Titus was heartbroken. He had lost his father and sister a second time but at least they were still alive. He still had Carlotta, his new mother, to take care of. He still had Mila and Cilla, his little sisters, to protect. He still had the Companions, his second family and they place where he belonged. And Titus was never someone to dwell on things. He mourned Simus and Alice, he raged at the injustice, he even prayed for them, and then he moved on with his life. Alice and their father wouldn't want him mourning over their absence so he didn't. He vowed to do better and master himself, and to better the world in a way they tried to do before it made them leave. The Companions and the rest of his family kept him moving. He's become a strong and experienced member of the circle and enjoys teaching the youngers the sword and the axe. As the years have gone by Titus has only gotten stronger. His resolve, his character and his love for his family have only increased while his rage and recklessness have diminished. His beast side, once wild and untamable, has been distilled into a protector. A leader of his pack and a mentor to those he loves. While he shifts regularly to keep attuned to his nature he has learned to live with the monster inside him rather than cage it. Despite all that's happened, Titus has found peace. Skyrim is his home, the Companions are his family and he will never leave them.

Also, my color's going to be dark red. If that conflicts with RedNek's color I'll take Orange. If Pie ends up joining, I can change to yellow.

Sure thing! This is something I was fiddling with a few weeks ago. I hope this is what you mean by example! It doesn't pertain to The Companions. :)

Roxena took a seat across from one of her fellow vampires in the great hall. Castle Volkihar had been bustling with fresh "cattle" and thirsty glowing eyes swarmed the banquet tables. A toothy grin, dripping with warm blood, rose to meet her as she sat.

It was a new face. She was sure she hadn't seen him there before. Was he young, like her? Harkon had only been defeated recently, but already wild vampires and long lost bloodlines alike flocked to the castle in his absence.

"Milady," he purred, still clutching his prey's mangled wrist. Roxena nodded to him with a polite smile before turning her attention to the rest of the hall. Serana was sure to be somewhere nearby. Although Roxena appreciated small talk with the rest of the clan, Serana was her only real friend. Therefore, hers was the only conversation truly worth having.

Still discussing the last spot Simus so don't count your chickens yet.

For those who are in.. some information for you. As there is no Harbinger the Circle members have Re-purposed the Rooms previously used by the Harbingers into commons rooms. These include a library and comfy seating area, a meeting room where they also take meals sometimes, and a small bath house. I have also kind of rearranged the bedrooms to squeeze a couple more in. You can claim a room if you want. Anyway, please forgive my hastily thrown together "paint" picture. But you get the general idea. :p

    Background Info

    Personality:
Upbeat and quite flamboyant, Patroklos is likely an Altmer most Nords of Skyrim are not accustomed to coming across. He maintains a jovial and optimistic attitude, even during the most daunting of times, believing Skyrim is deserving of a bit of song and laughter amidst all the bloodshed and turmoil. He will happily play for any of his fellow companions, and takes pride in being the Companions's renowned songbird.

Likes: Music, Performing before large crowds, Spiced Wine, Apple Dumplings, fellow Companions, fellow optimists

Dislikes: Racists, Pessimists, Complete Silence, unwarranted criticism of his fighting/playing ability

    Bio

Patroklos was born and raised in Dragon Bridge to two wealthy High Elves who had immigrated to the area in an attempt to flee religious persecution in Alinor brought on by the Aldmeri Dominion. A young Patroklos was always told this story of how they got to Skyrim, and dreamt of one day being skilled enough to defend his family should the Thalmor ever become an issue for them again. They were however generally safe, with all the connections they had made to maintain an honest and hard-working living.

His mother was a renowned lute player back in Alinor, and as such Patroklos began developing a love for the musical arts in his late teenhood. The tales of how his mother would command the adulation and respect of an audience with her ballads motivated him to pack his bags and head for Solitude to sign up with the Bard's College. With his mother's eight-stringed lyre at hand, he gained an easy understanding of basic musical structure and etiquette. He would eventually become Inge Six-Fingers's star pupil, and began playing for high lords, and on one special occasion even for Jarl Elisif of Solitude.

Upon graduation from the College, he would set out to perform, but still felt as though something had been missing. He would reminisce of the days he vowed to eventually become a warrior to be able to defend his family should the need arise. Even though the Thalmor no longer sought out his family, he still longed to be on the battlefield, actually taking part in the glory he would constantly sing about in his songs. With the money he had made, he made the trip to Whiterun to enlist with the Companions of Jorrvaskr to make this childhood dream a reality.

As a a companion, it took him a few years to get his footing, and to shake off the image that he was just some hopeful, in-out of his head bard. He would finally join the Circle about 4 years in, finally obtaining the respect of his fellow companions as their "Warrior-Bard".

@Snoball .. I could not read the rest of your CC. Because I had to stop when you mentioned your character uses magic. Did you read my first post carefully? Go back and read it again and you will notice that ALL forms of Magic is forbidden. Those found using magic are executed on the spot. If you want to apply then you need to make some changes to your character. :)
