DLC for PS3 not being recognized?

So I just bought the Dragonborn and Hearthfire DLC for my PS3. It downloaded the DLC and I believe applied it to the game, however in the main menu under the "Downloadable Content" section, there is nothing there. Is there a solution to this? It is not the limited edition of Elder Scrolls either if someone was curious.

My CD is BLES-01329# But it was purchased in a U.S. store I believe.

I bought all three DLCs in a similar way, and had this same thing happen. Did you make sure the DLCs had finished downloading first? I know it sounds silly but I thought they had too, were at 100% and everything, but had to go into a dark screen and finish there before they actually showed up. Did all that happen?
If it did, I'm not sure what else it could be. Did you buy the codes for the DLCs through a third party, like Amazon, or through the PSN Store directly? :/ If you bought the codes, I'd ask for a refund, because it sounds like they're invalid.
