Can't find Nilsine anywhere in Windhelm. Went to her house in am and after 10pm. Went to Hall of Dead during the week between 6pm and 10pm during the week and the Temple of Talos at the same time on the weekend. Nothing. Blood on the Ice is already started and I had killed her once in a previous save but then got myself killed and the previous save happened before that. Any ideas? I want to get the ring from Muiri--the only reason I started the DB questline. Once I'm done I'm going to wipe those DB bastards out.

She should be marked, if you got the quest active. Check the market place, she likes to hang out there a lot.
You had your chance to wipe out the DB when you and Astrid was alone at the Abandoned Shack. Its too late now, all of them are marked as "essential" meaning you can't kill them.

I've only wiped them out once in all of my many many playthroughs. I don't really like the DB in Skyrim as much as I did in Oblivion. The only reason I join Skyrim's DB is to get the best horse in the game..... Shadowmere!!! He's very close to being invincible and if for some reason he does die, he'll respawn again after a certain amount of time. No other horse in Skyrim can fight a dragon or anything and live to tell about like Shadowmere.
