Belethor has some good ones. I can't quote it directly, because I've only heard it a couple of times and can't seem to force him to say it again, but
"You walk into a place with your weapon drawn and you may not walk back out. Unless you're here to sell that, put it away," or words to that effect. Cracks me up.

Ha! Yes. I had my bow out the other day and he said that.
Then when I had my fists raised after a brawl with Uthgerd (after the bow incident), he says something about, "Are you looking for a beating?" or something of the sort. This one cracks me up a lot:
"You look like a discriminating customer, my friend. Perhaps... are you a wealthy one too?" He asks it with such excitement at the end, I just laugh every time.
