I brake for blue butterflies
Being a dark character is more about gear and playstyle than skills. Obviously a mage build would be heavy in the schools of Magic. Question is, do you want to be a squishy robe wearing mage like Gandalf or a heavy armor battlemage like Sauron?

Do you have all the DLC's?
What race are you?
What skills have you already perked?
Any other info you feel is important...

just starting out
i have all the dlcs(barely played dragonborn though)
breton
starting a whole new character
like conjuration (dawnguard and dragonborn conjuration creatures are my favorite)and one handed
questline i know for sure dark brotherhood and college of winterhold
trying to figure out if i should all elements of destruction or use one specific kind
