There is a location that blew my mind, and that I'd only learned about since participating in my search for beds and that... There's a small Dwemer site that can be accessed at the end of Darklight Tower. No, I'd never noticed the lever on the wall... Consequently, I learned of a lock box hidden in the cliff side as a result of trying to get to the Dwemer site. Another location I'd only discovered recently (earlier this week,) is a small burrow/den near the NW side of the Whiterun hold city wall. Exploration is a fun thing, especially when you learn of new areas to prowl.
