Is it just me or does this one loading screen look terrible? (possible Dragonborn spoiler sort of)

Is it just me? It seems very low-res or something compared to most other loading screens. And it looks like Miraak (presumably that's who it is) was illustrated separately and just photoshopped on top of the dragon! Obviously making criticisms like this of what is clearly a masterpiece of a game (including this DLC) seems a bit silly, but I just thought this was weird!

With the size of game that Skyrim is, I just go "meh" at things like this, or smile to myself. Doesn't alter gameplay any, so I just make a mental note and go on "Fus Ro Da-ing!"

I never noticed that. Nice job... I guess. Usually these loading screens look BETTER than in-game stuff.

The dragonborn dlc dragons have a different appearance than the rest of Skyrim's dragons too. It sort of seems like how the death hounds look more cartoonish than the huskies or normal dogs.

I instinctively tried to rotate the pic...

Hadn't noticed anything wrong with it. Serpentine Dragons look like that in game, they aren't as detailed as other dragon types.

It does look rather uncomfortable for Miraak.

He is a long time dragon rider, who has spent millenia ALONE in the land of FORBIDDEN knowledge, with nothing to do but read and talk to the TENTACLE monsters. One way or another, he probably feels no pain in that region anymore. ;)
