Holy hell. What a bunch of whiny cry-baby gamers over there. Good lord. You ever see the show "Bridezillas" on TV? Same thing. Ugh. Almost every single thread complains about how the game is completely "unplayable", while the idiot authors admit that they're playing on a substandard machine.

Bunch of spoiled children. If you enjoy the game and trust Bethesda to get it fixed, don't bother visiting over there.

Well spoken. It could have been a LOT worse... and quite honestly, I'm doing fine on PS3 with all the bugs, all the quests I've done have worked just fine, if you're a gamer, you're used to lag, and the only real problem that's bothering me IS MY BOOKSHELF STOPPED WORKING OMMMMGGGGGG!!!!

Even worse are the "balance" whiners..."its too easy to powerlevel smithing and enchantment". Its a single-player game, if you do not like it don`t do it. Its really that simple. I even gimp myself if i do not like the looks of a piece of armor (dwarven for example, chestplate is kinda crappy imo and i play 3rd person).

Only thing bothering me is the pathfinding of my followers.

I play on the hardest setting for that extra 'I'm feeling good' because I can really see the progress in my tactics and the way I play the game.

This is why I am enjoying these forums very much. I first visited the official forums and the top 10 threads in general discussion were complaints about the game. This place has a great atmosphere and a helpful community. Hopefully it will remain this way as the forum grows.

Well said, I find these forums mostly positive and even the threats discussing some of the issues with the game are generally constructive in nature.

A good place for people that are enjoying the fantastic world of Skyrim (and raining mammoths ftw!)

The key to a good forum is to have an understanding of 'Trolling'

Even if you have the right to rage against a troll, don't do it, it kills the vibes, man.

Also, since I'm in 'Internet Hippie' mode... lemme just remind everyone that it only takes a few seconds to re-read your post. Ensure that you aren't saying something in a provocative way.

I feel that most of the members I've interacted with share my mindset... for anyone who watches spongebob, here's a reference.

Patrick, to a fire hydrant: "Are you Squidward? That's okay, take your time."

Me, to Bethesda: "Are you 1.3 yet? That's okay, take your time."

I'd just like to mention that there has been a Troll blasting many threads today and I've only seen one ambiguous response to him. Impressive feat everyone. Good job, hahaha.

Yes. Well done. I'm sure there will come a time when we have to flame-spray a vigorous troll when he/she gets out of hand, but hopefully the moderators will do it for us. I wanna bring the smack down in the game, not on the forums.

Really enjoying these forums more. Peace out!

Yes really great forum here. Don't reply to the troll asking about who the blonde woman is just report him for his vulgarity.

Lol, that's what threw me off, because I considered that a legitimate post, then he started spamming, and I reported every bit of it.

If you think thats bad go to the Bioware forums...youd think they put a firearm to some peoples heads and made them play dragon age 2. Then again if your not a politically correct feminazi who enjoys romance with lizards and aliens you prolly shouldnt be there in the first place lol. Thats not even touching the pc elitism lol.

Besides, skyrimsforums here is much cooler. :)

I've never been there, but solely based on your words, I will never tread.

They were a bit better back when Oblivion was the current hip trend... I'm guessing Skyrim brought along a much more diverse crowd this time =/

Yea I think so... back in Morrowind, only the hardest of hardcore gamers even thought about it, even though it was put on Xbox, then Oblivion came with nexgen, and over the years people were brought onboard. And now with all the Skyrim hype, people who haven't touched the franchise have come to play, including their feeble minds and misunderstanding of gaming... I'm not talking about the FPSers, because that wouldn't be fair, I love me some Halo, CoD, Battlefield Half-Life and all associated mods/games, but I don't believe that they are the best that gaming has to offer. My point is... people need to quit hating on games, just because they prefer to play mainstream.

I took care of the troll when I logged in earlier. The best bet is absolutely to just report and ignore. You can feel free to PM me as well. I don't get reporting in general sent to email but I do get PMs sent so if there's a blowup, feel free to let me know that way and if I'm near a computer, I'll take care of it if Renegader isn't already around.

All the in-line responses to the troll won't make sense anyway when I delete the troll posts that are otherwise in valid threads.
