Am I the only person who hates transitioning from PC to consoles?

My parents are divorced, so I spend weekends with my dad. At my mom's house (Where I spend most of my time), I have a decent gaming PC (Lenovo Erazer X315). I keep my consoles (PS4 and PS3) at my dad's place.

I hate having to transition from a PC game with tons of mods to the buggy PS3 version. I'm big on immersion, so mods play a large part in my game.

Holy. Freaking. Crap.

My dad just got a new laptop, and gave me his old one a few minutes ago. It's nothing special, but it can run Skyrim with mods.

I kid you not. This happened moments ago.

How do you backstab a Dragon?

Personally ive always enjoyed playing games on consoles and never got what the hype was about playing on PC. Sure the game can be buggy but its still alot of fun to play and I can play sitting on my couch.

Mods. That is why PC is better. You just need to put a couch in front of your computer, then you'll be all set :p

Besides, it's not like you can't use a controller with your computer.

Of course, like I always say, I've already played 6K+ hours of Skyrim and spend WAAAAYYYY to much time on it still and I'm on console so I'd probably end up unemployed and living in my mother's basement if I had mods! :)

It's definitely a shock to me. I'm used to playing with a ton of graphical and gameplay mods, and whenever I play on my friends console, it doesn't quite feel right. One benefit console has over vanilla PC Skyrim is the menu system. I feel like the GUI was definitely designed with a controller in mind.

In the PC there is better graphics and also, it is known to have less issues like glitches occurring and errors sometimes happening when playing the game on the console. In the console you have a controller so can control the game a bit better and can sit a bit further away and know which controls to press and able to master it easily. It feels different in terms of graphics and also, game-play as yo get used to playing the PC version that you find it hard to play the console version sometimes.

You mod skyrim but dont use SkyUi? That's insanity.

My mouse gave it's last hoorah last night, and given that it's sunday and I'm too lazy, I had to play with a controller and move my cursor with a touchpad. It was hell.

How did you manage that? The game is fully functional and the mouse is deactivated when a controller is recognized.

Yeah, I tried the console version once and I quite it the day I bought it. I am too used to PC to go to console, you should just spend your days at your dads house reading books or play a different game.

The console version just looks sad  No one should have to go through that.

I love teasing the console players :p
