SKSE and Skyrim.ini not working?

Hey guys, recently started messing around with Skyrim.ini and Skyrimprefs.ini, i've made changed to the graphics in Skyrim ini which work fine when ran with the usual Skyrimlauncher, but because of my mods I use SKSE, and when I run skyrim using SKSE through mod organizer, the changes don't appear in game, its the default ini graphics and stuff. Can any body help?

Why don't you just use the shortcut for Skyrim via SKSE? No need to launch through mod organizer.

Mod organizer is different, like I'm pretty sure I need to launch skyrim through mod organizer for the mods to take affect

In that case. you may be missing a master file. Do you have any warning symbols on the side of the plugins tab? (right pane)

Did you check the Mod Organizeroverwrite folder to see if there is anything inside? Usually, FNIS files are created there and may cause issues.

I went and fixed it myself, kind of. Although I prefer mod organizer I changed back to nmm, i'm guessing works because it actually puts the mods in the data folder instead of putting them in a seperate one like mod organizer. A slight nuisance but oh well, thanks man
