Creation Kit Help

I just recently started messing with Creation Kit and think I have the basics figured out. My problem just started and I couldn't find anything that helps on the forum or the internet anywhere. I was just putting the finishing touches on a dungeon I was creating and everything was going great then I don't know what happened. When I click on anything to move it, my cursor disappears and cannot move or rotate anything. When I do click on anything, for example, a wall, it will either open the edit window or will reset the wall to the center position with coordinates of 0,0,0. I even UN/reinstalled Creation Kit and it still persists. I'm getting pretty frustrated and want to finish my dungeon but can't until I find a fix. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
