Say if an Imperial-backed Argonian was installed as ruler of Riften and took up residence in the Mistveil Keep, what would be the first thing he does with his power?
1) Find a suitable Argonian female, marry her and have a child with her to strength his hold on Riften.
2) Let his court deal with all the issues while he sits on the throne with his new fancy clothes and fancy dinners.
3) Take advantage of his power and make life miserable for all races except Argonians.
Or would he do something else?
