Whoa. Okay, now I'm not sure what's wrong. I've had mods cause parts of my game not to load but for an entire cell to not load is something I've never seen before. I did some Googling and it could be something wrong with your .ini files. I'll keep looking around and I'll post some links if I find some stuff. Do you have SKSE? I'd imagine you do, but if not I recommend downloading it and running Skyrim through it. If you do have it then try running Skyrim through Steam. Also, just to be sure if it something with your mods or not you may want to uncheck all of them and run the game. This will let me know if it is your files or your mods. And if you have the problem still after disabling mods the next thing you are going to want to do is try disabling your dlcs also. Do it one at a time because that way we can figure out if it is your Vanilla Skyrim files or a dlc's files.

. I uninstalled The distance mod and got a different one, The LODS Overhaul one, coced to outside whiterun, and game works like a charm. Haven't tested all interiors but for now it works. Thank you so much you've saved my entire playthrough. Kudos to you good sir!
